Brian A. Benoit, 61, of Stowe, DUI No. 1, charge reduced to careless or negligent driving, pleaded no contest, found guilty, fined $500.
Sean Dulina, 22, of Morrisville, DUI No. 1, charge reduced to careless or negligent driving, pleaded guilty, fined $400.
Jessica Grimes, 25, of Morrisville, DUI No. 1, charge reduced to careless or negligent driving, pleaded guilty, fined $300, jail sentence of one to three months suspended during good behavior, placed on probation for three months.
Thomas Dailey, 34, of Johnson, driving after license suspension, pleaded guilty, jail sentence of three to six months suspended during good behavior, placed on probation for six months.
Jordan Scott Marsters, 30, address unknown, unlawful mischief, pleaded guilty, fined $300.
