A free tasting of at least eight different local varieties of garlic will take place on Tuesday, Feb. 16, from 5 to 7 p.m. upstairs in the Buffalo Mountain Co-op café at 30 South Main St. in Hardwick.
Taste the difference between raw samples and garlic roasted in oil. Gluten-free sampling options will also be available. Participants can vote on their favorite variety. Information: 472-6020, frey@buffalomountaincoop.org.
