Stackpole & French Law Offices in Stowe have formed a new subsidiary, Vermont Fractional & Timeshare Transfer Co., which will focus exclusively on the transfer of ownership and other issues relating to fractional and timeshare interests in real estate at Vermont resorts.

Attorney Ed French of Stackpole & French Law described the new business: “Our office has been offering specialized timeshare and fractional share conveyancing services for a long time, and we are now pleased to organize our rapidly expanding business into a new entity. Based upon our decades of experience representing buyers, sellers, and developers of Vermont real estate, we have come to recognize a strong need for trustworthy, efficient and cost-effective representation of buyers and sellers in fractional and timeshare transactions.”
