Convicted murderer seeks another appeal

Dennis Tribble won a new trial from the Vermont Supreme Court before. Now he hopes to do it again.

Tribble, 59, is seeking his third trial on charges he murdered a neighbor in Wolcott in 2000. He was convicted in February, then lost a pro-forma request for a new trial in Lamoille District Court.
