Eric Greenfield, 39, of Irasburg, felony charges of marijuana cultivation and possession were dismissed.

Sarah L. Young, 31, of Hyde Park, driving under the influence, first offense, pleaded guilty, sentenced three to 19 months, all but five days suspended under good behavior, fined $300; an additional, separate charge of DUI 1 was dismissed.
Leopold Leriche, 86, of Hyde Park, felony lewd and lascivious charges were dismissed upon his death.

Joshua Gillen, 20, of Wolcott, unlawful trespass, pleaded guilty, sentenced to six to seven days; driving vehicle without owner’s consent, pleaded guilty, sentenced to four months to two years; buying or receiving stolen property, pleaded guilty, sentenced to up to six months; all three sentences are consecutive; petit larceny, pleaded guilty, sentenced to six to seven days, with the jail time to be served simultaneously with other sentences; driving after license suspension, dismissed.
Vicki L. Boyea, 41, of Morrisville, petit larceny, found guilty, sentenced nine to 10 days; violating probation, admitted violation, sentenced one to three years, with 216 days credited for time served.
Koren Brand, 27, of Barre, assault and robbery with a weapon, pleaded guilty, sentenced to 26 months to 10 years, with credit for time served while awaiting trial.
Tony Tuthill, 40, of Waterville, misdemeanor heroin possession, pleaded guilty, fined $500.

Stephen Parker, 38, of Stowe, first-degree aggravated domestic assault, pleaded guilty, sentenced one to three years; additional misdemeanor charge of domestic assault dismissed.
Sean Dulina, 25, of Stowe, DUI No. 1, driving vehicle without owner’s consent, careless or negligent driving, pleaded guilty to all three charges, sentenced three to 18 months, with all but 10 days suspended during good behavior, placed on two-year probation, fined a total of $600; eluding police, case dismissed.
Amber Wells, 32, of Johnson, violating probation, admitted violation, previous sentence amended to four to 12 months, with 45 days to serve.
