April 4 at 3:47 p.m., no one knows who caused the fender-bender on Hourglass Lane at Spruce Peak; the culprit left the scene.
April 4 at 4:58 p.m., police investigated a possible theft; no further details.
April 4 at 6:12 p.m., a dog bit a person on the Stowe Recreation Path. There was no serious injury, and no owner was located, but still, ouch.
April 4 at 6:50 p.m., an undisclosed amount of money was reported stolen on Mountain Road.
April 4 at 10:19 p.m., police assisted Morristown police with a traffic stop on Route 100.
April 5 at 11:07 a.m., acting on an arrest warrant, police charged Jenna Tatro, 23, of Johnson with violating a court order.
April 5 at 12:01 p.m., although Park Street is only two blocks long, a bystander spotted a speeder zooming along it.
April 5 at 5 p.m., a car was reported swerving on Route 100 south of town.
April 5 at 8:28 p.m., hypodermic needles were found on the side of South Road, in the Mansfield View area.
April 5 at 8:44 p.m., a Sylvan Woods resident heard someone on the porch.
April 6 at 8:17 a.m., an erratic driver was spotted on Stagecoach Road.
April 6 at 1:20 p.m., in a confusing near-scam, a person who listed a place for rent on Craigslist reports an interested prospective renter applied for it, and passed a fishy check through a spurious third party. It ultimately bounced, right into the FBI’s fraud files.
April 6 at 5:08 p.m., two-car fender bender in the Union Bank parking lot.
April 6 at 9:21 p.m., a car was spotted off Mountain Road near Northern Lights Lodge.
April 8 at 11:30 a.m., minor two-car accident at Luce Hill and Bouchard roads; no one seriously hurt.
April 8 at 10:57 p.m., someone on Sunset Street was pondering the possibility of some pilfered property, but wasn’t prepared to place a formal complaint.
April 9 at 8:22 p.m., on Maple Street, a driver wanted to take an allegedly intoxicated person home, while the passenger preferred to walk. Words came to blows, and then came the police, and things calmed down.
April 9 at 9:47 p.m., several gunshots were reported on Thomas Pasture Road, though there was no sign of a shooter.
April 10 at 6:26 p.m., police charged Daryl R. Deem, 39, of Morrisville with driving under the influence, first offense; he also got traffic tickets for driving an uninspected vehicle and running a stop sign, and warnings for illegal passing and driving with defective equipment. Police say Deem’s blood-alcohol content registered 0.185 percent in a roadside sobriety test.

Incidents: 107 incidents, including four minor traffic accidents.
Arrests: 2 — Alexander Harcourt, 20, of Colton, N.Y., charged with assault on a law officer, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, and furnishing alcohol to minors; and Pierre Bathalow, 63, of Johnson, charged with driving under the influence.
