NOTICE OF TAX SALE
The resident and non-resident owners, lien holders and mortgagees of
lands in the Town of Hyde Park, in the County of Lamoille, are hereby
notified that the taxes assessed by such town for the years 2017-2019, remain, either
in whole or in part, unpaid on the following described lands in such town, to wit:
Parcel One: STEVEN ARRUDA and TRACEY ARRUDA
Being all and the same land and premises conveyed to Steven Arruda and Tracey
Arruda by warranty deed of Sterling Meadow Farms, LLC, dated February 28,
2014 and recorded in Book 144 Page 335 of the Hyde Park Land Records.
Parcel Two: DAVID BALDWIN
Being all and the same land and premises conveyed to David Baldwin by warranty
deed of Donna Mead and Robert Mead, dated 2/7/03 and recorded in Book 107
page 261 of the Hyde Park Land Records.
Parcel Three: MICHAEL BARTLETT
Being all and the same land and premises conveyed to Michael J. Bartlett by quit
claim deed of Lawrence E. Ackerson, dated 9/7/10 and recorded in Book 136 page
295 of the Hyde Park Land Records.
Parcel Four: MICHAEL BARTLETT and STEPHANIE ADAMS
Being a 1996 26' x 44' Fairmont mobile home, serial number NY96-98122A/B conveyed to Michael Bartlett and Stephanie Adams by mobile home bill of sale from
Lawrence Ackerson, dated 9/7/10 and recorded in Book 137 page 61 of the Hyde
Pak Land Records.
Parcel Five: CHELSEA BISHOP
Being by 1985 14' by 60' mobile home located at 43 Beam Road and owned by
Chelsea Bishop.
Parcel Six: PAULA COOK
Being all the remaining land and premises conveyed to Paula Cook by warranty
deed of Lachtrupp Construction, LLC dated 8/30/17 and recorded in Book 176
Page 153 of the Hyde Park Land Records.
Parcel Seven: NATHAN COTE AND TRESHA COTE
Being all and the same land and premises conveyed to Nathan Cote and Tresha
Cote by warranty deed of Michael Beeman and Melanie Beeman, dated November
7, 2003 and recorded in Book 110 Page 360 of the Hyde Park Land Records.
Parcel Eight: LAWRENCE DEMAR
Being all and the same land and premises conveyed to Lawrence Demar and Rosely
Brown by warranty deed of Beryl S. Bennett, dated November 15, 1993 and
recorded in Book 72 Page 240 of the Hyde Park Land Records and the interest of
Rosely Brown conveyed by Quit Claim Deed dated 8/29/96 and recorded in Book
108 Page 300 of the Hyde Park Land Records. Also being all and the same land and
premises conveyed to Lawrence Demar, Jr. by warranty deed of Peter Church, dated
March 10, 2010 and recorded in Book 135 Page 446 of the Hyde Park Land Records
Parcel Nine: DAVID LEVIN and ELIZABETH LEVIN
Being all and the same land and premises conveyed to David and Elizabeth Levin
by warranty deed of Jefferson Grant and Pamela Grant, dated January 9, 1997
and recorded in Book 81 Page 190 of the Hyde Park Land Records.
Parcel Ten: BOBBI JO RIENDEAU
Being all and the same land and premises conveyed to Bobbi Jo Riendeau by Claim
Deed of Marguerite Stewart, dated October 5, 2015 and recorded in Book 155
page 135 of the Hyde Park Land Records.
Parcel Eleven: ALLEN SAWYER
Being all and the same land and premises conveyed to Allen Sawyer by warranty
deed of Frederic Southworth, dated 1/5/05 and recorded in Book 116 page 281
of the Hyde Park Land Records. Also being a 1969 12' x 55' Ritzcraft mobile Home,
serial no. V50568978UX conveyed to Allen Sawyer by mobile home bill of sale
from Frederic Southworth and Jennifer Southworth, dated 1/5/05.
Parcel Twelve: CRISTINA VERGE, ANGELA AVERY, ROBERT MAYHEW
Being all and the same land and premises decreed to Cristina Verge, Angela Avery,
and Robert Mayhew in a Decree of Distribution dated 1/30/91 recorded in Book
64 page 207 of the Hyde Park Land Records. Also being the interest of Michael
Mayhew conveyed by quit claim deed of Valerie White, dated 2/16/88 and
recorded in Book 57 page 437 of the Hyde Park Land Records.
Parcel Thirteen: RYAN WELLS
Being all and the same land and premises conveyed to Ryan Wells by warranty
deed of Tracy Chauvin, dated 10/2/09 and recorded in Book 134 page 346 of the
Hyde Park Land Records.
and said lands and premises, or a portion thereof in accordance with 32 V.S.A. sec.
5254, will be sold at public auction at the Town Clerk's Office in the Town of Hyde
Park, Vermont, a public place in such town, on the 7th day of November, 2019, at
10:00 a.m., as requisite to discharge such taxes with costs and fees, unless previously
paid. Taxpayers are also hereby notified that they may have abatement rights under
24 V.S.A. sec. 1535. All payments from the date hereof up to and including the date
of tax sale must be made by cash, money order or certified funds.
