COMBINED NOTICE OF TAX SALE
The resident and non-resident owners, lienholders, mortgagees and
all persons interested in the purchase of land in the Town of Stowe,
County of Lamoille and State of Vermont, are hereby notified that
the taxes assessed by such Town for the 2018-2019 and prior fiscal
years remain, either in whole or in part, unpaid on the following
described lands and/or premises situated in the Town of Stowe:
Property No. 1:
Intentionally Left Blank.
Property No. 2:
Being a parcel of land containing 1.43 acres, more or less, property commonly known
and numbered as 0 Jeans Way, and also known as Partridge Hill Road, Lot D, owned
by Muriel McMahon, conveyed to her by Warranty Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure of Gary
Godin and Melissa Godin, dated September 11, 2014, and recorded on September
17, 2014, in Volume 893 at Pages 68-69 of the Town of Stowe Land Records.
Property No. 3:
Being a parcel of land containing 2.9 acres, more or less, together with dwelling thereon,
property commonly known and numbered as 51 Jeans Way, and also known as Partridge
Hill Road, Lot A, owned by Muriel McMahon, conveyed to her by Warranty Deed of Jean
Audrey Godin and Lawrence Lyman Godin, dated November 14, 2001, and recorded on
November 19, 2001, in Volume 445 at Pages 320-322 of the Town of Stowe Land Records.
Property No. 4:
Intentionally Left Blank.
Property No. 5:
Being a condominium in Cluster C of the Topnotch Townhouse Condominium
development, property commonly known and numbered as 466 Topnotch Drive,
#466B, and also known as Topnotch Townhouse Unit C-18, owned by Corinne
Planche, conveyed to her by Warranty Deed of Bear Claw Properties, LLC, dated
March 22, 2007, and recorded on April 27, 2007, in Volume 679 at Pages 299-301
of the Town of Stowe Land Records.
Property No. 6:
Intentionally Left Blank.
Said lands and/or premises will be sold at a public auction at the Town Office, 67
Main Street, Stowe, Vermont 05672, on Tuesday the 29th day of October 2019, at
One o’clock in the afternoon (1:00 p.m.), to discharge such taxes with costs, unless
the same are previously paid. Information regarding the amount of taxes due may
