Union Bank currently seeking a Commercial Loan Administrative Assistant in a
full-time capacity to provide a variety of administrative duties for our business
and municipal loan customers. Responsibilities will include compliance in the
preparation of commercial loan documents and providing administrative
support for our Commercial Lenders, including serving as a liaison with our
business and municipal customers. We are seeking an individual with a
demonstrated administrative background, is a self-starter, has the ability to
multi-task and work independently, and has math and computer proficiency
including a comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office.
This is a full-time, 40 hours per week position Monday through Friday. We offer

We are looking for candidates who have a demonstrated background in
providing superior customer service, has excellent written and oral
communication skills, and experience in administrative and operational duties.
Prior commercial banking experience is desirable but not required. Position
requirements include general computer proficiency in a Windows environment
and a High School diploma or equivalent.
