Mountain views
The foliage was just starting to pop on Elmore Mountain and the surrounding areas last Friday, Sept. 27. Things were a bit more colorful from this vantage point, looking down at the lake and toward Wolcott, Craftsbury and points north from the overlook just shy of the summit. The view from the fire tower toward Morristown and Stowe was a little more green, but fall’s full colors are definitely on the way.
