Copley Hospital in Morrisville hosts a Community of Care event to help residents learn about the resources in the community and meet providers.

The event starts at 5:30 p.m., Monday Oct. 21 at the Green Mountain Technology and Career Center in Hyde Park.

“Copley patients and family members often comment that they are unaware of services that could have helped them during a time of need. Others are familiar with the names of the different organizations that serve the people of Lamoille County but are not always aware of exactly what each one does or how to access them,” said Dean Mudgett, director of donor & community relations at Copley Hospital.

If you or someone you know is in need of assistance with services that includes fuel, housing, food, mental health, substance use treatment and recovery or healthcare services do you know where to begin looking?

Copley’s ethics committee is sponsoring the Community of Care event. Light refreshments will be provided.
