The Copley Hospital Auxiliary hosts its annual fall luncheon on Tuesday, Oct. 22.
The luncheon, held at the Charlmont Restaurant, begins at 10:15 a.m. and is open to the public. The event includes a short business meeting followed by featured speaker and newly arrived Copley Hospital president and CEO Joe Woodin.
The luncheon will be Woodin’s first community event. He looks forward to the opportunity to introduce himself, share his thoughts on rural healthcare and the direction of Copley Hospital, and to hear from members of the community.
The Copley Hospital Auxiliary is a separate non-profit organization whose mission is to raise money in an effort to support the needs of Copley Hospital. Cost for the seated luncheon is $16. Make reservations by Oct. 18; call Judy Grosvenor, 888-9106.
