We invite you to join us for worship at 9 a.m. (please note our new worship time), and come as you are, wherever you are on your spiritual journey.

Last Sunday, Pastor Mike Thorpe continued to focus on the power of the Holy Spirit to increase our faith, which can then lead to healing, as illustrated in the healing of Naaman by the prophet Elisha (2 Kings 5:1-14). “Lord, help us to remember your miracles, your healing. Help us to remember that it is not our outward appearance that discerns our faith in you but our inner faith that allows your Holy Spirit to shine through and allow us to light the way for others. Help to remind us of the healing in the Jordan every time we pass by the Lamoille.”

See the full text of Pastor Mike’s sermon on our web page, wolcottvtumc.org.

Our next mission project will be collecting backpacks and school supplies for evangelist Barbara Miller’s annual backpack project. All backpacks and school supplies should be brought to the church on Sunday, July 21, so that there will be time to fill the backpacks for the Aug. 3 event.

Our Tuesday night group is taking a break until October.

In the meantime, if you need the services of a pastor, you may call/text Pastor Mike at 802-355-9574.
