While there were no changes at the top — all current directors and bank officers kept their seats — the boards of Union Bankshares Inc. and Union Bank announced almost a dozen promotions at the 127th annual shareholder meeting of the Morrisville-based bank, held May 16.
• Karen Blanchard Smith to vice president-commercial credit administration manager, Morrisville.
• Kristy Adams Alfieri to assistant vice president-administrative officer, Morrisville.
• Erica B. Antonucci to assistant vice president, loan officer, Littleton/Groveton.
• Stacey M. Belanger to assistant vice president-asset management officer, Morrisville.
• Lisa M. Charland to assistant vice president-senior accountant, Morrisville.
• Everett C. Comstock to assistant vice president-collections officer, Morrisville.
• Paul E. Grogan to assistant vice president-facilities manager, Morrisville.
• Randy L. Hannett to assistant vice president-information technology officer, Morrisville.
• Gretchen R. Maginnis to assistant vice president-financial adviser, Morrisville.
• Chandra L. Pollard to assistant vice president-residential loan officer, Barre.
• Mira M. Rainville to assistant vice president-retail loan underwriter, Morrisville.
Additionally, Anita Lotto was named to Union Bank’s residential lending team.
Lotto comes to Union Bank after 20 years working as a senior residential mortgage lender for Mortgage Financial Inc. in Colchester. Prior to that she worked for Summit Financial for six years where she began her career in loan origination.
Lotto earned an associate’s degree in business and marketing from Champlain College. A dedicated Rotarian for 12 years, Lotto was instrumental in founding the Cambridge Area Rotary Club, and was a past President and Rotarian of the Year.
She lives in Cambridge with her family and enjoys skiing, hiking and kayaking.
