Ashley M. Towne, 28, of Morrisville pleaded not guilty to driving after criminal license suspension, cruelty to a child and violating conditions of release.

Benjamin W. Draper, 33, of Hyde Park pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence No. 2, driving after criminal license suspension, unlawful trespass, and violating conditions of release.

Steven Royer, 46, of Johnson pleaded not guilty to DUI, third or subsequent offense.

Jeffrey A. Atherton, 43, of Westford pleaded not guilty to DUI No. 2.

Gregory Martin, 49, of Cambridge pleaded not guilty to DUI No 2.

Elaine M. Duden, 73, of Eden pleaded not guilty to DUI No. 2.

Katie Oram, 24, of Johnson pleaded not guilty to DUI No. 1.

Richard J. Quesnel, 35, of Eden pleaded not guilty to DUI No. 1.

Lucas Tallman, 27, of Hyde Park pleaded not guilty to DUI No. 1.

Wayne R. Aiken, 47, of Enosburg pleaded not guilty to driving after criminal license suspension and violating conditions of release.

Jesse Holbrook, 65, of Westford pleaded not guilty to careless or negligent driving.

Benjamin Bristow, 20, of Williamstown pleaded not guilty to unlawful trespass and disorderly conduct.

Daniel Joseph Ducharme, 57, of Johnson pleaded not guilty to driving after criminal license suspension.

Cases decided, week of June 3

Theodore S. Farnham, 38, of Barton pleaded guilty to driving after criminal license suspension and was ordered to serve 11-12 days.

Danelle Rich, 31, of Richford pleaded guilty to driving after criminal license suspension and was fined $750.

Sean Plant, 29, of Fairfax pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was fined $300.

Barbara Delaney, 58, of Cambridge pleaded guilty to careless or reckless driving, reduced from DUI No. 1, and was fined $300.

Trish Anderson, 37, of Burlington was ordered to pay $27.67 in restitution to Eden Mini Mart. She pleaded not guilty last month to petit larceny.

Kimberly C. Rooney, 35, of Morrisville pleaded guilty to driving after criminal license suspension and was fined $300. An additional count of driving after criminal license suspension was dismissed at the prosecution’s request.
