Arraignments, week of Sept. 2

Corey Cochran 43, of Morrisville, pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence, second offense.

Dakota Daigle-Arnold, 22, of Eden pleaded not guilty to DUI No. 1.

Michael Walker, 56, of Knoxville, Tenn., pleaded not guilty to DUI No. 1.

Dana L. Hill, 30, of Barre pleaded not guilty to simple assault.

Justin Pellerin, 34, of Waterbury Center pleaded not guilty to violating conditions of release.

Ronald James Hemingway, 54, of Middlesex pleaded not guilty to driving after criminal license suspension.

Cases decided, week of Sept. 2

Robert A. Languerand, 48, of Morrisville pleaded guilty to driving after criminal license suspension, and was ordered to serve up to 12 days, pre-approved furlough, and fined $300.

Angela Limoges, 34, of Hyde Park pleaded guilty to four counts of driving after criminal license suspension and was fined $600. Two additional charges of the same nature were dismissed at the prosecution’s request.

Kevin Nolan, 49, of Belvidere Center was placed on extended probation until March 25, 2020. Nolan had received deferred probation when he pleaded guilty to violating an abuse prevention order in March.

Deanna Luciani, 57, of Honesdale, Pa., pleaded guilty to unlawful trespass and was fined $250.
