Arraignments, week of Aug. 5

Eric A. Breyette, 33, of Morrisville pleaded not guilty to one count of first-degree aggravated domestic assault, two counts of second-degree aggravated domestic assault, and two misdemeanor counts of domestic assault.

Ryan B. Manosh, 39, of Morrisville pleaded not guilty to driving after criminal license suspension, eluding police, disorderly conduct, unlawful trespass, and two counts of unlawful mischief.

Andrew D. Morse, 50, of Wolcott pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence, fourth or subsequent offense.

Thomas Allen Boulanger, 51, of Johnson pleaded not guilty to DUI No. 1.

Jacob Lascano, 24, of Richmond Hill, N.Y., pleaded not guilty to DUI No. 1.

Shelley Stevenson, 29, of Hyde Park pleaded not guilty to violating conditions of release.

Ashley Towne, 28, of Morrisville pleaded not guilty to disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Anthony Phelps, 46, of Morrisville pleaded not guilty to disturbing the peace.

Jordan D. Benoit, 32, of Johnson, pleaded not guilty to driving after criminal license suspension.

Mark Sapienza, 58, of Morrisville pleaded not guilty to driving after criminal license suspension.

Cases decided, week of Aug. 5

Caitlin Applin, 22, of Johnson pleaded guilty to DUI No. 1 and careless or negligent driving and was ordered to serve consecutive sentences of 6 to 24 months and 6 to 12 months on probation.

Keith Santor, 35, of Fairfax pleaded no contest to careless or negligent driving and was ordered to serve 3 months to 2 years on probation and fined $500.

Dylan Grout, 25, of Randolph admitted two counts of violating probation. Probation amended to expire Jan. 25, 2020.

Benjamin Bristow, 30, of Williamstown pleaded guilty to unlawful trespass and disorderly conduct. Sentencing was deferred for one year.

A charge of DUI No. 2 against Elaine Duden, 74, of Eden was dismissed at the prosecution’s request.

A charge of DUI No. 1 against Cody Johnston, 28, of Morrisville was dismissed at the prosecution’s request.

A charge of driving after criminal license suspension against Dustin Blouin, 35, of Franklin was dismissed at the prosecution’s request.
