Lauren Roberts, 28, of Cambridge pleaded guilty to careless or negligent driving and was ordered to serve 1-3 months on probation.

Arraignments, week of Sept. 23

Seth Davis, 18, of Middletown, R.I., pleaded not guilty to reckless or gross negligent driving, resisting arrest, driving under the influence, first offense, eluding police and unlawful mischief.

Adam Pettitt, 34, of Morrisville pleaded not guilty to DUI No. 2 and refusing a sobriety test.

Michael Hamberg, 35, of Stowe pleaded not guilty to DUI No. 1.

Jonathan M. Fuller, 32, of Lyndonville pleaded not guilty to two counts of driving after criminal license suspension, careless or negligent driving and providing false information to police.

Wendy Sue Wescott, 51, of Wolcott pleaded not guilty to driving after criminal license suspension.

Steven G. King, 76, of Burlington, pleaded not guilty to driving after criminal license suspension.

Todd J. Graffeo, 43, of Belvidere Center pleaded not guilty to driving after criminal license suspension.

Jenaya Peets, 31, of Johnson pleaded not guilty to simple assault.

Sherilynn M. Cote, 38, of Barton pleaded not guilty to two counts of false pretenses or tokens.

Cases decided, week of Sept. 23

Seth Daniel Barton, 39, of Johnson pleaded guilty to DUI 4 or subsequent, driving after criminal license suspension and violating conditions of release and was ordered to serve 1-3 years. An additional charge of driving after criminal license suspension was dismissed at the prosecution’s request.

Kainen B. Hayden, 34, of Hyde Park pleaded guilty to felony heroin possession and to misdemeanor charges of heroin possession and cocaine possession and was ordered to serve 59 days to 5 years, with credit for time served while awaiting trial.

James Bradley, 31, of Johnson was ordered to pay $1,717 restitution for a crime he pleaded no contest to in February.

James Dawson, 24, of Wolcott pleaded guilty to driving after criminal license suspension and violating conditions of release and was ordered to serve 5-6 days, pre-approved furlough, with a $300 fine.

Ian Mason, 27, of Waterbury pleaded guilty to DUI No. 1 and was ordered to serve 3-6 months on probation and was fined $300.

Terry Chilvers, 56, of Rangeley, Maine, pleaded guilty to DUI No. 1 and was fined $300.

Daniel Limlaw, 32, of Stowe pleaded guilty to driving after criminal license suspension and was fined $300. Two other counts of the same charge were dismissed at the prosecution’s request.

A charge of violating conditions of release against Justin Pellerin, 35, of Waterbury Center was dismissed at the prosecution’s request.
