Jacob Dufresne, 31, of Williamstown pleaded not guilty to driving after criminal license suspension.

Cases decided, week of July 1

Hassimou Bangoura, 39, of Northfield pleaded guilty to driving under the influence, second offense — reduced from DUI No. 3 — and careless or negligent driving and was ordered to serve consecutive sentences of 30 days to 2 years and zero to 1 year, with credit for time served while awaiting trial.

Kevin Upham, 35, of Johnson pleaded guilty to driving after criminal license suspension and was ordered to serve zero to 153 days, with the court recommending credit for 153 days served.

Kevin Ackley, 28, of Barre pleaded guilty to petit larceny and was ordered to serve 29-30 days. Charges of violating conditions of release and violating probation were dismissed by the court.

Leah Perry, 23, of Hyde Park pleaded guilty to unlawful mischief and was ordered to serve 9-10 days.

Billy Ray Pecor, 44, of Jay Peak pleaded guilty to driving after criminal license suspension and was ordered to serve 4-5 days.

Stephanie Jaffee, 38, of Montgomery Center pleaded guilty to DUI No. 1 and was fined $300.

Tiffany Clark, 39, of Johnson pleaded guilty to violating an abuse prevention order and was fined $200.
