Arraignments, week of Aug. 26

Eric Alexander Morrison, 48, of Lyndonville pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence, 8th offense (see related, Page 9).

Dylan Billado, 21, of Eden pleaded not guilty to domestic assault.

Ciana Allen, 24, of Hyde Park pleaded not guilty to domestic assault.

Eric Cyr, 38, of St. Albans pleaded not guilty to DUI No. 2 and refusing a sobriety test.

Anthony Nichols, 29, of Hardwick pleaded not guilty to DUI No. 1.

Joseph Yakabowskas, 59, of Johnson pleaded not guilty to DUI No. 1.

James Abare, 25, of Johnson pleaded not guilty to DUI No. 1.

Calvin Houle, 21, of Jeffersonville pleaded not guilty to DUI No. 1.

Cole Pearson, 45, of Elmore pleaded not guilty to DUI No. 1.

Zachary J. Lawrence, 25, of Eden pleaded not guilty to driving after criminal license suspension.

Danielle R. Lowe, 29, of Elmore pleaded not guilty to reckless endangerment.

Cases decided, week of Aug. 26

Wilson Hagen, 28, of Stowe pleaded guilty to careless or negligent driving and was fined $500.

James W. Russell, 35, of Johnson pleaded guilty to misdemeanor cocaine possession, driving after criminal license suspension and violating probation and was fined $750 and ordered to serve 92-93 days, with 93 days of credit for time served while awaiting trial. A charge of violating conditions of release was dismissed at the prosecution’s request.
