Casey Cushing, 32, of Milton pleaded not guilty to eluding police and careless or negligent driving.

Richard Spitzer, 25, of Hyde Park pleaded not guilty to violating an abuse prevention order.

Emily Lang, 26, of Morrisville pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence, second offense.

Tyler Last, 26, of Long Beach, Calif., pleaded not guilty to DUI No. 1.

Adam Gagner, 38, of Eden pleaded not guilty to DUI No. 1.

Zachary Goodell, 29, of Morrisville pleaded not guilty to driving after criminal license suspension and violating conditions of release.

David J. Little, 43, of Moretown pleaded not guilty to driving after criminal license suspension.

Shania Luce, 22, of Morristown pleaded not guilty to disorderly conduct.

Cases decided, week of Sept. 9

Emery Roy III, 25, of Jeffersonville pleaded guilty to careless or negligent driving and was ordered to spend 1-3 months on probation. Additional charges of careless or negligent driving and leaving the scene of a crash were dismissed at the prosecution’s request.

Angela Patterson, 50, of Colchester pleaded no contest to unlawful trespass and simple assault. Sentencing was deferred for a year. An additional charge of unlawful mischief was dismissed at the prosecution’s request.
