The Friends of the Stowe Free Library want to thank all our devoted young volunteers who made our 2019 Used Book Sale so successful.

We couldn’t have a sale at all without the amazing help of these young people. They do all the hard lifting, hauling, restocking and replenishing. They are our backbone.

It is wonderful to see these young people volunteer so cheerfully for a great community event. We should all be proud of them, and if you see them around town, give them a pat on the back.

We also want to thank the community for donating books and then coming and supporting our sale.

We all love our library and want to do anything we can to help Cindy and the other librarians get back on their feet. Thanks, also, to XPress for printing our signs and posters. It is truly amazing what volunteers can do. Thanks, everybody.
