Idletyme Brewing Co. on the Mountain Road — formerly known as Crop Bistro, formerly known as The Shed — lost two of its founding members when Laura and Michael Kloeti decided to leave that venture in mid-June to focus on their family and their other restaurant, Waterbury Center’s Michael’s on the Hill.

“We have a great relationship with everyone at Idletyme, and we could never have asked for a more supportive partner and friend than in Bill Davis,” Laura Kloeti said.

“Trying to balance the management of two restaurants as well as family was really challenging for us and our ultimate decision for leaving was simply because we were working too much and wanted to focus more on our family and our namesake restaurant,” she said.

General manager Patrick Allard and brewmaster Will Gilson will continue to lead the Idletyme team, and Bill Davis is its sole owner.

MoTown Mushrooms, the mushroom-growing company that won $1,500 in the 2016 Road Pitch event in Hyde Park, is closed. The company’s website reads simply, “That’s all she wrote. Thank you for the support.”
