Maia-Jena Allo, 19, of Colchester, a skydiver, was crowned Miss Vermont USA at the Miss Vermont USA and Miss Vermont Teen USA pageants at Spruce Peak Performing Arts Center in Stowe during the weekend.
Olivia Maher, 23, of Burlington was first runner-up, and Gabriella Farago, 21, of Bethel was second runner-up. Halle Curly of Quechee was voted Miss Congeniality.
Alexandra Diehl, 17, of St. Albans, a classically trained ballerina, was named Miss Vermont Teen USA (crowned by Miss Teen 2017 Kelsey Golonka). Jenna Howlett, 15, of Bridport was first runner-up and Dakota Browder, 17, of Randolph was second runner-up. Arisia Huff of South Burlington was Miss Congeniality.
