Fishlanthropy for Fives

Fishlanthropy for Fives, a fundraiser for the High Fives Foundation, returns to Sushi Yoshi in Stowe on Friday, Oct. 25 from 6 to 10 p.m.

Vermont and outdoor celebrities — called “The Fish” — act as servers for the night, with 100 percent of tips and 25 percent of food sales benefiting High Fives. This year’s Fish include High Fives founder Roy Tuscany, employees of regional breweries, founders of local sports clubs, outdoor brand reps, mayors, artists, moms, Paralympians, ski celebrities, High Fives athletes and many more.

This year, an anonymous donor will match up to $10,000 raised at the event.

The nonprofit High Fives Foundation provides resources and support to athletes who have suffered life-altering injuries.
