A gala opening for ‘JOY’ will be held Saturday, March 23, 6 to 8 p.m. at West Branch Gallery and Sculpture Park in Stowe. The group exhibition explores the moment of delight that is spontaneous and full of wonder as interpreted by five contemporary artists: New paintings by Carol O’Malia and Leslie Graff, mixed-media compositions by John Joseph Hanright, low-relief sculptural pieces and paper installations by Kim Radochia, and glass sculpture by Claire Kelly. There will be live music and hors d’oeuvres by Susanna’s Catering at the gala. The exhibition is on view Tuesday through Sunday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., at 17 Town Farm Lane through April 27.
