A reception for a new photography exhibit will be held Tuesday, May 28 from 4 to 5:30 p.m. at Laraway Youth & Family Services, Route 15 in Johnson. The Photo Voice exhibit’s theme highlights the issue of vaping and electronic cigarette use in a collaboration with Healthy Lamoille Valley — youth photographers opted to photograph “things that smell good” as alternatives to engaging with e-cigarettes. Educational information about e-cigarettes will also be provided. “Art activities provide yet another positive outlet for the youth we serve,” said Katherine Stamper, Laraway’s development director. The public is welcome at the reception, and light refreshments will be available. RSVP and more info: 635-2805, ext. 106, or kstamper@laraway.org.
