The circus is coming to Waterbury June 29 as part of the Not Quite Independence Day celebration.

Expect a contingent of clowns, possibly prides of lions and tigers, and certainly jugglers and unicyclists.

And Waterbury residents can choose to be any of those things.

The Not Quite Independence Day parade will move along Waterbury’s Main Street on Saturday, June 29, starting at 4 p.m.

People are invited to have a float, march with friends or do-workers, or dress up in outrageous costumes.

And, there’s lots more than the parade. The details, timetable and parade rules are at waterburynqid.com
