Kenneth Russell from Support and Services at Home and Downstreet Housing is back for another free six-week summer session of movement on Fridays, July 5 to Aug. 9, from 11 a.m. to noon in the SAL room at the Waterbury Public Library.

“Move Your Body — Still Your Mind” begins with simple Qi Gong Flow movements, which are easy to do and enjoyable. Participants then explore other movement meditative practices to bring stillness into the mind and body. Anyone who wants to sit on the floor should bring an appropriate cushion.

Participants can come on a drop-in basis or commit to the full six weeks. Register at 244-7036.
