Learn what the Waterbury Library has to offer besides physical books on Tuesday, Aug. 13, from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. at 28 N. Main St., Waterbury.

A library card provides access to movies, concerts, lectures, continuing education, museum passes, audio and eBooks, and hundreds of programs and activities, from learning a foreign language to fixing a car. Library cards are free.
