March 19, 2:50 p.m., police responded to a Northfield home and, after investigation, charged Brandon Premont, 26, of Waterbury with aggravated domestic assault, prohibited possession of a firearm and possession of cocaine.

March 13, 2:50 p.m., police responded to a two-car collision on Interstate 91 near Springfield and a report that one vehicle had left the scene. David Woods, 39, of Claremont, N.H., allegedly drove away after his Toyota truck struck a Chevy Blazer driven by Jeff Harris, 50, of Wolcott. No one was injured. Woods was charged with leaving the scene of an accident.

March 3, 8:58 p.m., police responded to a domestic dispute in Elmore. Police charged Michael A. Smithe, 51, of Elmore with domestic assault.

Feb. 24, 10:00 a.m., Thomas Sweeney, 69, of Waterbury reported his checkbook was missing. Police charged his roommate, Todd M. Mailhoit, 49, of Waterbury with forgery and passing a bad check.

Feb. 19, 8:38 a.m., Todd Mailhoit, 49, of Waterbury was reported missing. He was last seen at the Kirby House in Waterbury on Feb. 18 at 11 a.m. Mailhoit was found Feb. 20 and is OK.

Jan. 22, 8:03 a.m., after an investigation of email sent to a Fayston man, police charged Hugh Andrews, 33, of Morrisville with criminal threatening.

A Morrisville man was held without bail after denying he broke into a Waterbury woman’s home and sexually assaulted her.

Jan. 15, Berlin police stopped a speeding vehicle on Paine Turnpike in Berlin and charged Jose Abad, 38, of Waterbury with excessive speed. Police said the vehicle was traveling 73 mph in a 40-mph zone.

Jan. 8, 4 a.m., after a vehicle slid off Crossett Hill Road in Duxbury, police charged Benjamin Perron, 27, of Pensacola, Fla., with driving under the influence.

Dec. 27, 8 p.m., a citizen dispute was reported in Waterbury. A woman alleged a man followed her to her vehicle and blocked her path multiple times between the Kneeland Flats Trailer Park and Main Street. The next morning, police located Robert A. Durand, 28, of Waterbury and charged him with disorderly conduct, negligent driving and obstruction of traffic and stalking.

Dec. 25, 6:05 p.m., police stopped a vehicle for a moving violation on Route 15 in Essex. Police charged Nicole Jennison, 47, of Cambridge with driving under the influence of alcohol and reckless and negligent driving.
