July 31 at 10 p.m., on a call at Brook Apartments on Wheeler Brook Road in Warren, police say they saw a vehicle nearly hit a police cruiser while trying to park. Police charged the driver — Gretchen Mack, 46, of Warren — with driving under the influence, second offense.
Aug. 3 at 4 a.m., police were called to a noise complaint at Cliff Reynolds Road and Edwards Road in Cambridge. They found a single vehicle parked in a pull-off and spoke with Kelsea Williamson, 26, of Cambridge. Police later charged her with driving under the influence.
Note: Charges filed by police are subject to review and can be amended or dropped. This includes reports from the two Vermont State Police troopers assigned to Waterbury, as well as other local incidents.
