A Stowe man has been charged with stalking a woman at multiple locations in Waterbury.

Elijah A. Morrow, 22, was charged on July 8 and was arraigned the following day in Washington County Superior Court.

Vermont State Police said the woman reported “a pattern of intrusive, unwanted and threatening behavior at her home, place of work and route of travel over the course of several months.”

Police said their investigation confirmed that pattern, and troopers arrested Morrow on a charge of stalking. He was booked at the Middlesex state police offices and released, with conditions, until his court appearance the next day.
