May 15 at 9:25 p.m., police charged Francis Moran, 54, of Moretown with negligent operation of a vehicle. Police said Moran was under the influence of cannabis when his vehicle collided with the porch of the Moretown General Store, doing damage to both the porch and the vehicle.
May 20 at 11 a.m., police charged Keith Rowell, 55, of Albany with domestic assault after locating him in Waterbury.
May 22 at 12:45 p.m. police charged Rhonda Patenaude, 49, of Derby with embezzlement and false tokens. According to police, Patenaude stole $15,000 over the course of four years from the Craftsbury General Store, where she was the bookkeeper. She is scheduled to be arraigned June 25 in Orleans County Superior Court in Newport.
May 26 at 5:40 p.m., police charged Richard J. Quesnel III, 35, of Eden with driving under the influence after a traffic stop on Route 100 in Eden for an alleged speed violation.
May 27 at 8:04 p.m., police charged Jason Siegel, 45, of Waterbury with driving under the influence of drugs, second offense, and leaving the scene of a crash. Police said Siegel struck a utility pole on Guptil Road in Waterbury, and he was seen leaving the scene of the crash.
June 1 at 3:11 am., police charged Ian Mason, 27, of Waterbury with driving under the influence following a traffic stop on Route 15 in Cambridge.
June 2 at 5:30 p.m., police charged Peter M. Gagner, 27, of Johnson with driving under the influence following a traffic stop on Route 104 in Fairfax.
June 2 at 11:45 p.m., police charged Maxwell J. Corbin, 25 of Williston with driving under the influence after receiving a report of an intoxicated driver at the Waterbury Park and Ride.
