Mountain River School will hold a fun run and Harvest Fest Sunday, Oct. 15, in Stowe. Money raised will be donated to hurricane relief, and the first 50 kids who bring a donation will receive a T-shirt to tie-dye. Admission is $10 per person or $20 per family.

At 10:30 a.m., runners can meet at Stowe Bee Bakery at 1056 Mountain Road, and will run or walk along the Rec Path to the Mountain River School at 1652 Mountain Road. Runners get free entry to the festival.

From 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., activities at the meadow at Mountain River School will include live music, food, tie-dye, candle making, tractor rides, butter churning, a cider press, pumpkin and face painting, a visit from the Center for America’s First Horse, and crafts including fairy houses, wands, bookmarks, nature crowns and more. All ages are welcome, and there is a play area for toddlers.
