Lamoille County Players kick off their 72nd season at the Hyde Park Opera House “One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest.”
R. P. McMurphy, a small-time criminal is looking to spend the end of his prison sentence in the relative luxury of a mental hospital, but with Nurse Ratched ruling with an iron fist, insanity ensues and leaves no one unscathed. (The show contains mature content and language.)
“Cuckoo’s Nest” runs Friday to Sunday, May 3-5 and 10-12, at the historic opera house, 85 Main St., in Hyde Park. Tickets are available online at lcplayers.com.
