11 Stowe properties sell for $1 million or more

Stowe real estate sales looked pretty healthy for the period from Sept. 1, 2016, to mid-March of this year.

Real estate sales data from Vermont property transfer tax public records showed that 11 properties sold for $1 million or more, with the top price being $6.7 million for Strawberry Hill Farm, and 36 properties that sold for $500,000 or more.
