On behalf of the trustees of the North Country Animal League and the animals in our care, we thank our donors, adopters, volunteers and supporters for their ongoing commitment to our vision and mission.
We are currently in the process of making significant staffing changes, and we feel strongly about keeping you informed.
Sallie Scott, our current executive director, will be taking on the responsibilities of a newly expanded position as operations manager in 2016. We are exceedingly grateful to her for her eight years as executive director.
We are excited to announce that we have actively begun the process of recruiting a new executive director. We are committed to finding the person for this role who best fits with the needs of an evolving limited-access shelter. We are confident we will find a leader who can provide new ideas and the best experience for our donors, adopters, volunteers, supporters and the animals for whom we care.
Should you have any questions regarding our changes, please do not hesitate to contact me at jrussell@ncal.com, and note that if you did not receive an email regarding these changes directly from us, I invite you to join our mailing list — please email Sallie at adopt@ncal.com and we will ensure you are added so you can stay in touch with all of the developments at NCAL.
