Jamie Billado, 40, of Belvidere, was arrested for impeding public officers, careless or negligent driving and driving after criminal license suspension, following an investigation into a March 27 incident at the Morrisville Plaza.
April 12 at 8:32 a.m., Molli Worthen, 38, of Morristown, was arrested for domestic assault committed in the presence of a child, after police responded to an incident on Lower Main Street.
April 12 at 11:26 a.m., Theodore Farnham, 53, of Woodbury, was arrested on an in-state warrant on Route 2.
April 12 at 1:15 p.m., passersby have frequently called police to report a beagle being mistreated at a Stagecoach Road home, but the town animal control officer said every time he goes there the pooch seems “perfectly healthy,” with its tail a-wagging.
April 12 at 10:51 p.m., in other dog news, staff at Maplefields complained about a woman with an unleashed dog refusing to leave.
April 13 at 4:37 p.m., a Union Street resident wanted someone removed from his house. Police responded, saw the unwanted guest walking away, and suggested she keep doing just that.
April 13 at 8:09 p.m., someone allegedly lit a fire in the little free pantry in front of Grace Brethren Church. There was minimal damage, and the caller was able to snuff out the flames.
April 14 at 12:32 a.m., a First Street resident said someone shot paintballs at her home and vehicle.
April 14 at 1:39 a.m., Hunter Maskell, 22, of Eden, was arrested for driving under the influence, first offense, following a traffic stop at the corner of Route 100 and Morristown Corners Road. Police say Maskell registered a 0.086 percent blood alcohol concentration in a roadside sobriety test.
April 14 at 4:09 p.m., a two-car crash on Stafford Avenue injured at least one person when the airbags deployed. Police are investigating.
April 14 at 4:32 p.m., staff at McDonald’s trespassed a person after he was seen allegedly going through cars in the parking lot.
April 14 at 4:43 p.m., a man told police he gave money to someone, and that person was now threatening him for more.
April 14 at 9:24 p.m., Kasey Ainsworth, 31, of Morristown, was arrested for violating conditions of release, after police filled in for sheriff’s deputies at a call on Route 100C in Johnson.
April 15 at 12:52 p.m., police gave a confused elderly woman a ride from Price Chopper back to her home in Hyde Park.
April 15 at 2:48 p.m., police helped a woman get into her car after she accidentally locked her keys in the vehicle with her too-young-to-use-keys child.
April 15 at 3:10 p.m., police mediated a family fight on Park Street.
April 15 at 5:08 p.m., a vehicle was leaking gas on the side of Route 15 and police stood by until it could be loaded onto a flatbed.
April 16 at 6:25 a.m., someone reported a dead deer on the side of Route 15.
April 16 at 3:56 p.m., Mesa Aupperlee, 39, of Lowell, was arrested on an in-state warrant, after police responded to an incident on Brooklyn Street.
April 17 at 6:03 a.m., police served a restraining order.
April 17 at 11:58 a.m., some dogs being walked by their owners going in opposite directions on Cote Hill Road got into a scrap. The humans weren’t injured but the dogs got cut up, and the animal control officer mediated the situation.
April 17 at 6:31 p.m., someone called concerned that their kid was doing drugs.
April 17 at 10:20 p.m., Windsor Fairbank, 22, of Morristown, was arrested for unlawful mischief on Lower Main Street after Fairbank allegedly threw a skateboard at a car he said was going too fast.
April 18 at 9:14 a.m., someone spray painted over the nature center signs on Cole Hill Road.
April 18 at 10:09 a.m., the animal control officer told the owner of an unleashed dog walking along Lower Main Street to get it on a leash.
