Stowe Theatre Guild’s third show of the summer is “Mamma Mia!” — the story of Sophie Sheridan, a young woman planning her wedding who sets off to find her biological father. The show runs Wednesday through Saturday, through Sept. 7, 7:30 p.m., Town Hall Theatre, 67 Main St. Sophie’s mother, Donna, runs a tavern on a fictional Greek island, and Sophie has narrowed down her dad-search to three men. The show is directed by Owen Leavey, with music direction by Kenny Grenier and choreography by Grace Stauffer. Chloe Fidler and Noelle Nilo star as mother and daughter Donna and Sophie Sheridan. Anders Bright plays Sophie’s fiancé Sky; the three dads are played by Paul Nelson, Kris Johnson and Roya Millard; Andriana Chobot and Heidi Lauren Duke round out the Dynamos; and the cast includes Kira Johnson, Carli Harris, Ryan Poulin, Anna Mazer, Richard Pritsky, Lauren Johnson, Tarah Blueter, Kayla Grenier, Isabella Dunn, Will Bigglestone and Becky Millard. Tickets are $14-$20. stowetheatre.com.
