March 29 at 10:45 a.m., a man yelled at a woman because her dog pooped behind a building on Portland Street.
March 29 at 1:28 p.m., a man who overdosed on Brooklyn Street was revived after being administered Narcan by staff at the nearby recovery center.
March 29 at 9:34 p.m., Morton Pecor, 65, of Johnson, was arrested for driving after criminal license suspension, following a traffic stop on Route 15.
March 30 at 10:59 a.m., a builder working on a place on Adam’s Way, off Stancliff Road, reported having a Milwaukee drill stolen from the site, and reported seeing an older green Subaru in the area.
March 31 at 1:36 a.m., the driver of a single-car rollover near the corner of Bridge Street and the bypass was suspected of driving under the influence. She was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries and had blood drawn for a toxicology test.
March 31 at 11:41 a.m., someone complained about people riding ATVs around Pinewood Estates.
April 1 at 11:23 a.m., the local U-Haul renter said a truck that had been rented Feb. 22 and was due back March 15 was still out and about. Once police were involved, though, the renter quickly returned it and paid the extra money owed.
April 1 at noon, two people were accused of stealing from Dollar General, but police were still waiting on statements as of press deadline two weeks later.
April 2 at 7:12 a.m., Garland Bowen, 42, of Morristown, was arrested for violating an ignition interlock-restricted license.
April 2 at 8:26 a.m., Logan Ballard, 35, of Woodbury, was arrested on an in-state warrant after someone complained about her not returning a car and police found her on Gordon Lane.
April 2 at 5:04 p.m., a woman was trespassed from Dollar Tree after she allegedly pilfered some items.
April 2 at 5:27 p.m., an Elmore Street resident came home to discover a window had been broken, but nothing seemed to be stolen. Police are investigating.
April 2 at 5:57 p.m., a man overdosed in the Hannaford restroom, with the needle still in his arm, but eventually came to and declined medical attention.
April 3 at 9:05 a.m., Elijah Wells, 40, died at home on Randolph Road. Police say Wells died in his sleep and nothing seemed untoward.
April 3 at 10:25 a.m., a student ran away from Morrisville Elementary School, leading staff on a hunt until the student’s parent came and took him home.
April 3 at 2:30 p.m., the woman trespassed the day before from Dollar Tree was trespassed from Cumberland Farms.
April 3 at 2:53 p.m., Caleb Bourdeau, 26, of Hardwick, was arrested on an in-state warrant after he turned himself in at the police department.
April 4 at 9:37 a.m., a Golf Course Road resident suspects someone stole a package after receiving notification of delivery but no actual delivery.
April 5 at 11:04 a.m., someone reportedly drove their snowmobile across the Ryder Brook Golf Club course. No damage was reported, but the club management filed a trespassing complaint.
April 5 at 2 p.m., the woman trespassed from Dollar Tree and Cumbys was next trespassed from De Noia’s dry cleaning, along with the man who earlier overdosed in the Hannaford restroom.
April 7 at 8:16 a.m., a person cutting down a tree on Pinewood Estates got into an argument with a neighbor about whose tree it was. Police asked him to not cut anymore trees until they could get boundary line proof.
April 7 at 8:39 a.m., police mediated a child custody dispute.
April 8 at 9:32 a.m., the same person who overdosed in Hannaford overdosed in the McDonalds restroom, and again recovered. He was trespassed, along with the aforementioned woman trespassed from multiple locations.
April 8 at 4:56 p.m., Shaune Miller, 44, of Hyde Park, was arrested on an in-state warrant outside the post office and was taken to jail for lack of bail.
April 8 at 5:17 p.m., Michael Mallen, 45, homeless, was arrested for unlawful trespass after allegedly drinking outside Morrisville Beverage, from which he’d already been trespassed. The person he was with was ticketed for drinking.
April 8 at 7:15 p.m., Richard Cootware, 65, of Hyde Park, was arrested for driving under the influence, first offense, after he was reportedly driving erratically near the bypass.
April 8 at 5:17 p.m., a woman who was walking her dog on Maple Street said another dog ran over and bit her. The selectboard on April 15 held a dog bite hearing and will render a decision on the aggressive dog within 30 days.
April 9 at 2:58 a.m., Mikayla Preston, 29, homeless, was arrested for DUI and refusing a sobriety test after she reportedly crashed on Stagecoach Road with a child in the car. No one was injured in the crash, but police also cited Preston for cruelty to a child, furnishing alcohol to a minor, simple assault and resisting arrest.
April 9 at 12:23 p.m., the family dental clinic in Morrisville Plaza asked for no-trespass letters to be issued against the man and woman who had already earned themselves such letters all over town.
April 10 at 1:47 p.m., two people who set up camp near the substation behind the mattress warehouse on Gallery Lane were issued no-trespass notices and given 24 hours to clean up their camp and move out.
April 10 at 7:37 p.m., Marcel Rocheleau, 74, of Morristown, was arrested for DUI No. 1 after being pulled over on Brooklyn Street. Rocheleau refused to submit to a sobriety test.
April 11 at 2:49 a.m., a Fourth Street resident said four windows at his home were smashed with rocks. He wasn’t sure who did it, or why.
April 11 at 11:03 a.m., Morrisville Beverage staff said a woman stole a bottle of tequila.
April 11 at 5:42 p.m., Jesse Miller, 34, homeless, was arrested on two in-state warrants, after being spotted at Price Chopper.
