Arraignments, week of Oct. 22
John Lockwood, 67, of Jeffersonville pleaded not guilty to three counts of aggravated sexual assault on a minor.
Arraignments, week of Oct. 29
Courtney E. Jewer, 31, of Hyde Park pleaded not guilty to simple assault.
Blakeman Whitcomb, 18, of Eden pleaded not guilty to simple assault.
Daniel Wyckoff, 36, of Jeffersonville pleaded not guilty to violating conditions of release.
Cases decided, week of Oct. 29
Jesse Sanguedolce, 38, of Hyde Park pleaded guilty to driving under the influence, first offense, and was ordered to serve 1-3 months, all suspended during good behavior, with an 18-month probation and a $300 fine.
William Chilton, 30, of St. Albans pleaded guilty to DUI No. 1 and was fined $300.
Brandon Emmons, 24, of Hyde Park pleaded guilty to driving after criminal license suspension and was fined $300.
Justin Pratt, 32, of Jeffersonville pleaded guilty to careless or negligent driving and was fined $300.
Christopher Erskine, 69, of Craftsbury pleaded no contest to careless or negligent driving and was fined $200.
A charge of disorderly conduct against Bridget Adams, 48, of Johnson was dismissed at the prosecution’s request.
A charge of violating an abuse prevention order against Jennifer Small, 48, of Morrisville was dismissed at the prosecution’s request.
A charge of DUI No. 1 against Michele Sullivan-DeBois, 51, of Eden was dismissed at the prosecution’s request.
A charge of DUI No. 1 against Abigail Lucia, 23, of Morrisville was dismissed at the prosecution’s request.
