Matthew D. Lindemer, 36, of Stowe, pleaded not guilty to domestic assault.

Teesha M. Nooth, 30, of Irasburg, pleaded not guilty to possession of cocaine and selling or delivering cocaine.
Samantha L. Jarvis, 32, of Milton, pleaded not guilty to cocaine possession and providing false information to police.
Matthew S. Cooke, 32, of Middlebury, pleaded not guilty to cocaine possession and providing false information to police.
Hugh Hugo Campomanes, 42, of Morrisville, pleaded not guilty to forgery.
Jillian B. Schultz, 39, of Jeffersonville, pleaded not guilty to petit larceny.
Marie Nolan-Fowler, 55, of Cambridge, pleaded not guilty to DUI No. 1.
Dylan Peake, 29, of Berlin, pleaded not guilty to retail theft.
Sabrina Lee Languerand, 46, of Wolcott, pleaded not guilty to driving after criminal license suspension, violating a vehicle interlock device condition, and violating conditions of release.
John Roessner, 53, of Eden, denied interfering with hunting, fishing or trapping.
Cases decided, week of Feb. 26
David V. Sears, 46, of Hyde Park, pleaded guilty to domestic assault and was ordered to serve 1-18 months, all suspended with three years of probation. A charge of prohibited possession of a firearm was dismissed at the prosecution’s request.
Travis White, 40, of Morrisville, admitted violating probation and was ordered to continue with the same probation conditions.
Cases decided, week of Feb. 19
Dena-Marie Savage, 38, of Morrisville, pleaded guilty to careless or negligent driving and was ordered to serve 6-12 months, all suspended with two years of probation.
Rabin Haiju, 34, of Johnson, pleaded guilty to domestic assault and was ordered to serve two years of probation.
Cases decided, week of Feb. 12
Jeffrey G. Morel, 34, of Jericho, pleaded guilty to selling cocaine, DUI No. 2, violating conditions of release, driving after criminal license suspension and violating probation, and was ordered to serve 1-5 years, all but six months suspended, with probation to be determined by further order of the court. Charges of driving without owner consent, selling heroin, violating probation, violating conditions of release and refusing a DUI test were dismissed at the prosecution’s request.
Eric M. Champagne, 31, of Barre, was found guilty by jury of attempted assault and robbery and resisting arrest, with sentencing to be held later. A charge of assault and robbery with a weapon was dismissed at the prosecution’s request.
Kane R. Plante, 34, of Morristown, pleaded guilty to criminal threatening and was ordered to serve 1-3 months, all suspended with two years of probation.
Larry J. Thompson, 62, of Lowell, pleaded guilty to driving after criminal license suspension and was ordered to pay $199 in fines and fees. A charge of DUI No. 1 was dismissed at the prosecution’s request.
Zane D. Davison, 29, no address listed, pleaded guilty petit larceny, with sentencing scheduled for a later date. An additional charge of petit larceny was dismissed at the prosecution’s request.
