Arraignments, week of March 11
Willian O. Matavaca, 24, of Waterbury, pleaded not guilty to a felony charge of eluding police and misdemeanor charges of DUI No. 1, reckless or gross negligent driving and resisting arrest.
Adam Marsano, 44, of Jeffersonville, pleaded not guilty to a felony charge of violating an abuse prevention order, second time or subsequent.
John Lehouillier, 58, of Johnson, pleaded not guilty to lewd and lascivious conduct.
Jordon Phelps, 34, of Morristown, pleaded not guilty to stalking, criminal threatening and simple assault.
Kirsten N. Vuyk, 33, of Island Pond, admitted violating probation.
Joseph Jared Lily, 34, of Eden, denied violating probation.
Cases decided, week of March 11
Cole Wendell Brooks, 39, of Montpelier, was given an amended confinement sentence of 1-2 years after the court determined Brooks had violated probation.
Charges of second degree aggravated domestic assault and disorderly conduct against Michael S. Sylvester, 35, of Morrisville, were dismissed at the prosecution’s request.
Arraignments, week of March 4
Nicole Douglass, 35, of Hyde Park, pleaded not guilty to felony cocaine trafficking and misdemeanor possession of stolen property.
Tyree Williams, 38, of Edwardsville, Penn., pleaded not guilty to felony cocaine trafficking and misdemeanor possession of stolen property.
Shay M. Bessette, 34, of Jeffersonville, pleaded not guilty to felony home improvement fraud.
Brendon Foley, 36, of Jeffersonville, pleaded not guilty to felony unlawful trespass and misdemeanor unlawful mischief.
Travis C. Adams, 42, of Marshfield, denied violating probation.
Brandon Godfrey, 31, of Morristown, pleaded not guilty to petit larceny.
Bradley James Deatte, 46, of Montgomery Center, pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence, first offense.
Matthew Culbertson, 40, of Hartford, pleaded not guilty to leaving the scene of a crash.
Cases decided, week of March 4
Shane Michael Tetreault, 46, of Walden, pleaded no contest to two counts of violating conditions of release and was ordered to serve 9-10 days and pay $294 in fines and fees. Additional charges of violating conditions of release and driving after criminal license suspension were dismissed at the prosecution’s request.
Walter E. Duprey, 46, of St. Johnsbury, admitted violating probation, and the court ordered existing probation conditions to continue.
