Joseph Poleio, 49, of Morrisville pleaded not guilty to first-degree aggravated domestic assault with a weapon and criminal threatening.
Tawayne M. Harris, 35, of Stowe pleaded not guilty to felony first-degree aggravated domestic assault, misdemeanor domestic assault and disorderly conduct.
Dylan Bishop, 27, of Johnson pleaded not guilty to felony first-degree aggravated domestic assault and misdemeanor domestic assault.
Jillian B. Schultz, 35, of Jeffersonville pleaded not guilty to burglary of an occupied dwelling.
Anthony Phelps, 46, of Morrisville pleaded not guilty to violating conditions of release.
Leo Lamare, 51, of Wolcott pleaded not guilty driving under the influence, first offense, and misdemeanor narcotics possession.
Diane Molleur, 33, of Essex Junction pleaded not guilty to DUI No. 1.
Ellsworth Westney III, 29, of Morrisville pleaded not guilty to DUI No. 1.
Robert W. Mandigo, 58, of Stowe pleaded not guilty to DUI No. 1.
Sonya L. Wood, 29, of Johnson pleaded not guilty to false pretenses or tokens.
Cases decided, week of Sept. 30
Ronald James Hemingway, 54, of Montpelier pleaded guilty to DUI No. 4 or subsequent and refusing a sobriety test and was ordered to serve 18 months to 7 years. A charge of driving after criminal license suspension was dismissed at the prosecution’s request.
Steven Royer, 47, of Johnson pleaded guilty to DUI No. 2 and was ordered to serve 12-36 months on probation and fined $300. A charge of DUI No. 3 was dismissed at the prosecution’s request.
James Schipani, 54, of Norwell, Mass., pleaded guilty to refusing a sobriety test and was ordered to serve 3-18 months on probation and fined $300. A charge of DUI No. 2 was dismissed at the prosecution’s request.
Hunter Paye, 23, of Marshfield pleaded no contest to simple assault and was ordered to serve 1-3 months, pre-approved furlough.
Stephanie Miller, 23, of Morrisville pleaded guilty to domestic assault and unlawful mischief. Sentencing was deferred for one year, with a deferred sentence of probation. A charge of unlawful mischief was dismissed at the prosecution’s request.
Shelby Lafoe, 40, of Wolcott pleaded guilty to domestic assault with a deferred sentencing of probation. Sentencing was deferred for one year.
Charges of aggravated assault with a weapon, unlawful mischief and unlawful trespass against Geromy Wells, 34, of Craftsbury were dismissed at the prosecution’s request.
A charge of careless or negligent driving against Jess Holbrook, 66, of Westford was dismissed at the prosecution’s request.
A charge of simple assault against Nicholas J. Languerand, 24, of Wolcott was dismissed at the prosecution’s request.
A charge of simple assault against Matthew Judkins, 23, of Hyde Park was dismissed at the prosecution’s request.
A charge of unlawful mischief against Melissa Hickock, 40, of Morrisville was dismissed at the prosecution’s request.
